Apply is a 30-minute consult call with Coach Chris. It's not a sales pitch — it's a qualification. Both directions. We screen for whether Code 8 can actually move your numbers, and you screen for whether the work matches your standard.

Phase 02 is a full lab-grade assessment. Force production, sprint mechanics, joint symmetry, reaction time, movement quality — all measured, all quantified, all recorded. The baseline isn't a guess. It's the data we'll engineer your entire plan around.
