Code 8 is a selective roster. We screen for self-motivation and a willingness to do the work. We say no to the wrong fit so we can say yes to the right one.

I'm a high school athlete. Will this actually move my numbers?
Yes — because we measure everything that matters: force output, sprint splits, vertical, broad jump, joint symmetry. You'll see your numbers move on the retest, with data to back it up. That's the difference between hoping and proving.
I'm already at the college or pro level. What can you do that my current S&C can't?
Most college and pro S&C programs run general blocks for a roster of 80+. We run one program — yours. With force plates and motion capture, we find the inefficiencies your team can't see and turn them into measurable performance gains.
How is this different from a regular gym or personal trainer?
A personal trainer counts reps. We measure force output, joint angles, asymmetries, and sport-specific movement. Every decision is data-driven. Every plan is individualized. Every result is verified.
